If I said nothing, would you care?
If I screamed, would you dare?
Loneliness calls
As darkness falls
Under a haze of confusion
Walking into the illusion
My mind full of mystery
This is my history
Your heart is steel
My pain revealed
Bound inside a silent need
One that you never heed
Walking alone
Creaking bones
My fate is sealed
Wounds that never healed
A single soft stroking touch
Is asking too much
Lost in my fear
Just disappear
If I fall, would you dare?
If I leave, would you care?

I would.
I hope so!
Never doubt!
Hope that wasn’t about you. It’s a good poem though.
Maybe, maybe not 🙂 but haven’t we all asked those questions even silently to ourselves at one time or another?
heart touching poem 🙂 reading again and again. May God give you the power to write more 🙂
Thank you!
