Melting Hearts

She so easily goes about;
melting hearts,
with soft blue eyes
that will pierce
straight into your soul.

A gentle spirit she carries;
of unspoken grace,
her calm demeanor
belies the strength
she holds in reserve.

Tenderly she holds you;
in mercy’s embrace,
and quietly whispers
of promises to come
and hope in tomorrow.
