What Do You See?

…while we look not at the things which are seen,
but at the things which are not seen;
 for the things which are seen are temporal,
but the things which are not seen are eternal.

~2 Corinthians 4:18 (NASB)

(From top to bottom – photo shopped design in sepia tones with a torn border and defined by a black flood fill. The middle design is the photo shop negative image of the top design with the same torn border and flood bill design. The bottom design is the original abstract watercolor painting done in 2008 on cold press paper, 11 x 14 inches.)

Please share your comments on what you see, I know what I see in this painting and what it speaks to me.  But I am curious what others might see?

Pencil Drawing

The Pencil Drawing

Images of a new painting that I began on Friday night just playing around with watercolors and inks, but not sure it is finished?

I walked away from it for a while but now am back, what do you think?

she comes out of the dark on a crescent moonlit night
flowing mane like the golden rays of morning sunlight
secure under the mercy and grace of His holy might
standing with strength and love shining forth so bright
