Full Color ImageThis series of photos were taken on my little cell phone (no it is not a smart phone :)) during my lunch time walk along Capital Lake in Olympia, Washington.

They are in order from top to bottom; a negative image, black and white image, sepia image, aqua image and the full color image.  It was an overcast day, very little light.

The different versions got me to thinking about perspectives and how colors impact our vision.  Both externally and internally, as different colors, shades and hues cause different emotional reactions.

Each photo of the same scene has a completely different feel to it.  The lenses of how we view life also color our perception.  Do we see colors dimly?  Vividly?  How does that impact our own beliefs and perspectives?

There are colors all around us and many different shades, hues that impact our vision.  We must open our eyes to see the kaleidoscope of colors and allow them to touch our hearts no matter how small. ~M
